Guardian Trust is happy to be celebrating twelve years of service to the families and professionals that we serve.
Having identified the need for professional, responsive and "client centered" trust administration, the Guardian Pooled Trust was established by the charitable National Non-Profit for Americans with Disabilities, Inc. (NNAD) in 2002. Since then we have broadened our scope of services to include individual (d)(4)(A) trusts, third-party special needs trusts, and most recently, all other types of trusts, including discretionary or spendthrift trusts.
Our largest market is still the administration of Special Needs Trusts. The purpose of an SNT is to help an individual with a disability financially qualify for Public Assistance Programs such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), while maintaining assets for the person's benefit. Our mission is to protect and maintain an individual's eligibility for these benefits through providing professional administrative Special Needs Trust services.
The Trustees of the Guardian Trusts are the premier Special Needs Trust Administrators in the United States and truly believe they are here to serve the beneficiaries. With no minimum deposits or hidden fees, Guardian Trust stands apart from other Special Needs Trust administrators. Click to here to see what else sets us apart.
Based in Clearwater, Florida, the Trusts have beneficiaries throughout the United States.
