Welcome

Having identified the need for professional, responsive and "client centered" Special Needs Trust administration, the Guardian Trust was established by the charitable National Non-Profit for Americans with Disabilities, Inc. (NNAD) in 2002.
The purpose of a Special Needs Trusts is to help an individual with a disability financially qualify for Public Assistance Programs such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), while maintaining assets for the person's benefit. Our mission is to protect and maintain an individual's eligibility for these benefits through providing professional administrative Special Needs Trust services.
The Trustees of the Guardian Trust are the premier Special Needs Trust Administrators in the United States, administering all forms of Special Needs Trusts, and truly believe they are here to serve the Beneficiaries. With no minimum deposits or hidden fees, Guardian Trust stands apart from other Special Needs Trust administrators.
Based in Clearwater, Florida, the Trusts have Beneficiaries throughout the United States.
We look forward to working with you, your family and your professional advisors.
