About Guardian Trust

The Trustees of the Guardian Trust are the Premier Special Needs Trust Administrators in the United States, and administer all forms of Special Needs Trusts.

Established by the charity National Non-Profit for Americans with Disabilities, Inc. (NNAD) in 2002, Guardian Trust was created for the sole purpose of helping people with disabilities manage their finances while financially qualifying for Public Assistance Programs such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

The Trusts founders identified the need for professional, responsive and "client centered" Special Needs Trusts. We truly believe we are here to serve our Beneficiaries.

Our fees are competitive - not only are our fees some of the lowest in the indutry, our level of customer service and our transparency to our clients is unmatched in the industry.
