It is our firm belief that our professional knowledge and ability to communicate are the foundation to our success. Our Co-Trustees are experienced Attorneys, with combined expertise of over 20 years serving the elderly, disabled and those with special needs. Additionally, Mr. Finchum is Board Certified in Elder Law, and Mr. Hitchcock is an accredited advisor by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Our Financial Advisor, Mr. Larry R. Poteet, has extensive experience dealing with the special investment needs of the disabled and with special needs trusts, and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
Our Administrators take great pride in the high quality of service they provide to our Beneficiaries, their families, and their professionals. Distribution requests are processed expeditiously (within 1 to 2 business days of receipt) and a payment acknowledgement is always provided. Our Beneficiaries receive quarterly statements and up to date accountings upon request. Unlimited distributions, phone calls, accountings, and postage are all included in our annual fee, unlike many other companies. We take a very individualized approach to administering the Trusts.
In order to provide peace of mind to our Beneficiaries, we house our liquid funds at FDIC insured financial institutions. We also have insurances which provide coverages under an Errors and Omissions policy and a Fidelity (Crime) policy. We will provide a copy of these insurances upon request.
In addition, we utilize an independent CPA auditing firm (Lewis, Birch & Ricardo, LLC) to conduct an audit of all of our procedures and accountings.
